General Release of Liability

For Furricane Runners LLC.

 

This Agreement is made between:

Client and Furricane Runners LLC., a dog-walking service operating in the State of Florida.

 

1. Services Provided:

Client agrees to engage Furricane Runners LLC to provide dog-walking services, and Furricane Runners Corp agrees to provide such services in a professional manner.

 

2. Assumption of Risk:

Client acknowledges and understands that there are inherent risks associated with the care and handling of dogs, including but not limited to:

• Injuries caused by the dog to itself or others;

• Illnesses;

• Property damage caused by the dog;

• Accidents or unforeseen incidents during the dog-walking service.

 

Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these services.

 

3. Waiver of Liability:

Client agrees to hold harmless and release Furricane Runners LLC, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages resulting from:

• Injuries to the dog during the provision of services;

• Injuries to any person or other animal caused by the dog while under Furricane Runners’ care;

• Property damage caused by the dog.

 

4. Veterinary Care:

In the event of a medical emergency involving the dog, Furricane Runners LLC will make reasonable efforts to contact Client. If Client cannot be reached, Client authorizes Company to seek veterinary care as deemed necessary. Client agrees to reimburse Furricane Runners for any expenses incurred.

 

5. Client Representations:

Client represents and warrants that the dog:

• Is up-to-date on all vaccinations and free from contagious diseases or conditions;

• Does not have a history of aggression or behaviors that could endanger others.  If the dog is known to be aggressive, the owner MUST be present during the services until the dog is confident and comfortable with staff member providing service and the staff member agrees to work without owner present.

 

6. Indemnification:

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Furricane Runners LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from inaccurate information provided or negligent acts by Client or the dog.

 

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

 

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.

 

Acknowledgment and Acceptance:

By checking the box at checkout and continuing with the service, client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Release of Liability.
